Which breaks my heart because there are a LOT of amazing coaches out there, who deserve to succeed (quite frankly the world would be a better place if they DID).

But being a great coach

is not the same thing as running a great

coaching business. 

But being a great coach

And unfortunately you’ve got a personal development world that's really heavy on...

 ...not so much how on...

HOW TO DO THIS”

But being a great coach is not the same thing as running a great coaching business. 

And unfortunately you’ve got a personal development world that's really heavy on...

Which leaves a HUGE gap between listening to your gut (that’s telling you how much you “want” to do something) & systems and clear methods (that allow you to "know" that this is actually feasible). 


That problem creates an environment where it's too easy to fail.

  • You’re passionate about improving your life AND improving the life of others

And you’ve heard (or you already know) that coaching is one of the most lucrative & heart-centered industries alive right now.

  • You know you’re a great coach, but you need to take your business more seriously.

Because one more indecisive minute of dabbling might send you over the “shit or get off the pot” edge.

  • Maybe you heard about me from Marie Forleo or Kelly Leveque or Cathy Heller (my clients & friends)

And you want to know how we went from our 1:1 business to group coaching & passive digital products 

  • Maybe you already know you want to work together (you’ve been on the waitlist forever) 

& you’re ready to become a high-level, taken-seriously, love-my-freaking-job & gets-clients-life-changing-results kinda coach (who, yes, makes more than their 6-figure corporate salary, all while still being your kids #1 fan at every single game).

So why hasn’t that happened yet? 

Does this sound familiar?

  • You feel alone… no one else in your circle is having the high-level business convos you want to be having.

  • You don’t know which strategy to focus on… you’re willing to put in the work, but where should you focus (webinars, referrals, paid ads)? 

  • You’re afraid… not just to fail, but to look dumb trying.

  • You don’t want to give up your life… if giving up your time with family means a successful business, then it isn’t worth it (#agree). 

  • You’re not 100% confident… in your business plan or in the sustainability of the coaching industry (it’s a legit concern).

  • You despise the idea of selling yourself… it’s a fine line between used car sales guy & a booked coaching business.

  • You’re not 100% certain you can actually make enough money & charge what people claim you can.

  • You can’t commit to a coach… you can only justify spending money on something you KNOW will have a strong return on investment (your dad would be proud). 

Or maybe you conquered all those hurdles already (go you!)... but now hurdles ROUND 2 is coming at you strong…

  • You’ve dabbled in lots of coaching strategies… but none feel right (do I focus on referrals, funnels, sales pages, webinars? I don’t know!) 

  • You won’t have the actual time needed… between kids, life, and everything in between... there are not enough hours in the day to actually be successful.

  • You know you’re meant to be more visible… but there just never seems to be time to figure it out and get the momentum you need to see to enjoy it.

     

  • Finding consistent clients is hard… sure you’re first few were easy to get, but how do you get a steady stream of people who love you (and you love)?

  • You’re worried about losing money… or that you’ll put all your eggs in one strategy basket only to be unsuccessful (again) and finally have to walk away.

     

  • You have shiny object syndrome… and are spinning your wheels on every social media, funnel, copywriting, Instagram, Pinterest course out there (we listen, we don’t judge). 

  • You can’t afford to hire a business coach… at least no the one you really want to. 

  • You hired a business coach and got burned… quite frankly were a waste of money and only covered the basics + cheerleading. 

  • Or maybe you feel 100% confidence in your coaching ability, but 0% confidence in your business abilities.

That’s because ANYONE can call themselves a coach… ANYONE,

even your Uncle Lou… official turkey tasting coach. 

Which makes for a great low barrier to entry,

but also waters down the quality of the coaches out there.

And at the end of the day, puts you behind the eight ball of being taken seriously.

You’ve probably heard that coaching is the wild wild west of industries... and it’s TRUE. 

That’s because ANYONE can call themselves a coach… ANYONE, even your Uncle Lou… official turkey tasting coach. 

Which makes for a great low barrier to entry,

but also waters down the quality of the coaches out there.

And at the end of the day, puts you behind the eight ball of being taken seriously.

Here’s the truth… it takes more than “a coaching personality” to be successful.

Sure I believe you CAN do it, but I also believe you need to know HOW to do it. 

Listen, I love myself a good Oprah or Richard Branson quote as much as the next person, but I believe we need a little more than that to get us moving. 

We need a toolbox full of actionable ways to create the life (and business) we want.

But make sure you’re shopping for that toolbox at the right store. 

Because right now you can find A LOT of Coaching Programs in the professional corporate space (blue, white, and stale as an open box of oreos). 

And on the flip side there are a lot of Coaching Programs in the woo-woo space (silent retreats & flowy floral dresses abound).

But where are all my “corporate background, one woo” folks? 

A few things you should know… 

I used to be the Advertising Director for Nintendo, Elizabeth Ardern & Go Pro, before I found my way into this wild wild west of coaching (one woo, not two;) ). 

I’ve always wanted my feet in both worlds…

  • I’m a traditionalist & a feminist… I like to steam out my husbands shirts and have my own money.

  • I’m an introvert who has an opinion… I’m very passionate, but I prefer to chat in my PJ’s over coffee with 1-2 humans.

  • ​I’m a coach who loves her job & also makes a lot of money doing it… because I want to teach my daughters that, yes… you can do both. 

In order for me to run a successful business (that I love) 

I focus on 3 Key Pillars:
